Josh is a poet, writer, healer, sound artist, counselor and scholar specializing in Indo-Tibetan Buddhism, Continuum, Nondual Kabbalistic Healing and trauma-informed somatic movement practice. He is a Nondual Kabbbalistic healer and Continuum Wellsprings Practitioner, and is certified in interoceptive somatically-minded modern postural yoga, and pranayama.

Josh is a graduate of Wesleyan University with degrees in Music and Philosophy, and Harvard Divinity School with a Masters of Divinity in Buddhist Ministry and Spiritual Counseling.

Josh studied experimental composition and the phenomenology of sound with composer Alvin Lucier, trained and mentored with ethnomusicologist and master yoga educator Francois Raoult, Somatics pioneer and founder of Continuum Emilie Conrad, and is a graduate of A Society of Souls, a four-year training in Nondual Kabbalistic Healing developed by modern Kabbalist and Zen master Jason Shulman.

Josh is a lifelong practitioner in the Nyingmapa tradition of Tibet under the guidance of his root teachers: Kyabje Dodrupchen Rinpoche, Kyabje Tulku Thondup Rinpoche, and Lama Padma Drimed Norbu.

In addition to ongoing advanced studies in all the above realms and modalities, Josh is a long-time student of typology according to Ayurveda (classical Indian medicine) as presented by Dr. Robert Svoboda, and the Yuthok Nyingthig, the unique spiritual healing tradition of Tibetan Medicine transmitted by Tibetan physician and lineage holder, Dr. Nida Chenagtsang.

Josh is dedicated to the creative exploration of healing as a human birthright.
