Josh is a meditation teacher, healer, counselor, artist and scholar specializing in Indo-Tibetan Buddhism, Continuum, an array of healing arts, and trauma-informed somatic movement practice.
He is a graduate of Wesleyan University with degrees in Music and Philosophy, and Harvard Divinity School with a Masters of Divinity in Buddhist Ministry and Spiritual Counseling.
Josh is a Nondual Kabbbalistic healer, Continuum Wellsprings Practitioner, certified prayanama and yoga instructor, Tibetan Mantra Healer, and VortexHealing® Divine Energy practitioner.
Josh studied experimental music composition and the phenomenology of sound with composer Alvin Lucier, trained and mentored with ethnomusicologist and master yoga educator Francois Raoult, Somatics pioneer and founder of Continuum Emilie Conrad, is graduate of A Society of Souls, a four-year training in Nondual Kabbalistic developed by modern Kabbalist and Zen master Jason Shulman, and has completed extensive VortexHealing® advanced training with Lorraine Goldbloom, and its founder Ric Weinman, and is a cerit.
Josh is a long-time student of typology according to Ayurveda (classical Indian medicine) as presented by Dr. Robert Svoboda, and the Yuthok Nyingthig, the unique spiritual healing tradition connected to Traditional Tibetan Medicine transmitted by Tibetan physician and lineage holder, Dr. Nida Chenagtsang. Under Dr. Nida, Josh has trained extensively in the spiritual healing practices of the Yuthok Nyingthig, and is a certified Tibetan Mantra Healer.
